Crop shortage in 2020-21, none available til 2022. Started out with a nearly-impossible to find bulb, taking forever to propogate enough out!
Until I have enough, I recommend any other of the Creole family of garlics as substitutes.
Full name of the variety as sometimes known is "Ajo Morado de Las Pedroñeras," but that's a Protected Geographical Indication. So I'm just growing Ajo Morado de La Valle Battenkill here.
